Supervisor, US R&D Shipping & Customs -GSK-USA-King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Responsible for the day to day supervision of the US Customs and Shipping activities at the Upper Merion, Upper Providence and Renaissance GSK R&D sites. Duties include, but are not limited to: daily interaction with Manager; establishment of daily work load and the resource allocation to deal with that workload; Supervisor of all Shipping or Customs related activities and records; staffing for special projects as assigned by Manager; development and implementation of all Shipping and US Customs related functions; identification of deficiencies in the people and the processes and a suggested course of action to address these deficiencies. The primary focus will be to serve as the central Customs Record Keeper for GSK. Other duties to include:
- Management of all duties assigned to imported goods;
- Management, tracking and control of all records associated with all imported materials;

As part of Merck Research Laboratories’ (MRL) Molecular Profiling division, Rosetta Inpharmatics serves as the liaison with the scientists at Merck & Co., Inc. This team of exemplary professionals works closely with scientists in the various therapeutic areas across MRL to apply genomics, proteomics and other emerging technologies in new ways, to accelerate the discovery and development of novel drug compounds. Molecular Profiling (MP) operates under a model of Guided Solutions. In Guided Solutions (GS), matrixed, multi-disciplinary, teams are comprised of GS and Genetics Scientific Leads, Informatics Custom Data Analysts, MP Program Managers, MP R&D experts, and Therapeutic-area Lead Scientists or Clinical Monitors. This team of experts provides scientific support to franchises within MRL through the application of MP technologies. These technologies include, but are not limited to, RNA microarray profiling, DNA genotyping, and proteomics.

Master Scheduler -WYETH-USA- Fort Dodge, IA

Create and execute near and long-term (up to 5 years) supply plans for biological products, and raw and intermediate materials, as needed to support those products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load the Master Schedule through the planning time fence to the volume specified and approved by Senior Management.
• Creates and executes supply master plans.
• Develop and execute raw material supply plans to ensure materials are available to achieve customer service levels.
• Compile and report monthly production metrics including manufacturing output, release rates, operations success rate, disposition activity, etc.

Perform routine cleaning, mopping, and waxing of floors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to work above head for extended periods of time.
• Obtain certification for lift truck operation.
• Possess valid Iowa driver’s license.

Change Manager Organizational Development -MERCK- USA - NJ - Whitehouse Station

•Assist teams in preparing the organization for significant change in a diverse global organization, e.g., global support function transformations, major SAP implementation, Lean Six Sigma, culture change and other strategic initiatives, through the delivery of Organizational Development and change management techniques, tools and models.
•Identify organizational implications of business strategies.
•Transfer organizational development and change management tools and methods to HR Business Partners and appropriate line managers.
•Address key client issues using broad base of knowledge of OD and change management methods, tools, and techniques.

Material Coordinator-WYETH-USWA- Guayama, PR

Coordinate meetings and trainings for the Materials Management area. Assist in meeting minutes taking in Materials related meetings; produces and keeps minutes and files as required. Responsible for supplies purchase requisition placement in accordance to the customer request. Prepares EAN's for the materials area.
Responsible for gathering information required from suppliers and internal/external customers/areas (Note: Fully bilingual both in Spanish and English oral and written, as most of the suppliers and Wyeth sites are not local); information input into appropriate databases, systems or report.
Perform all clerical functions including record keeping, typing, answering telephones and preparing reports charts and graphs as required (Note: Proficient with Excel and Power point).

Job Responsibilities

Data Coordinator -WYETH-USA- Guayama, PR

Performs all secretarial duties associated with the Engineering and Maintenance Functional unit. This includes record filing and document control, data entry, issuing reports, routing and distribution documents and bring support evidence for reports or applications. Responsible for the processing of Corrective Work orders and for the distribution of the Preventive Maintenance Work Orders. Responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed records concerning the Corrective Work Orders. Coordinates with other clerical personnel to provide adequate service to all sections.

Job Responsibilities

•Prepares and maintains correspondence files, set ups appointments, places calls, follow up on meeting schedules and project correspondence as assigned by the Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
•Routes all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Manager, External Services Development -MERCK- USA - PA - Upper Gwynedd

1.Scientific Expertise – Expected to be knowledgable in scientific area of responsibility and assist external vendors in the troubleshooting of technical and procedural issues with minimal supervision.

2.Project Management – Take the lead in managing projects with external vendors with minimal supervision. Ensure supplier understands and is prepared to meet Merck expectations. Closely monitor by teleconference, videoconference, e-mail and face to face meetings the projects to ensure all requirements (timeline, budget and scientific) are met. Responsible for maintaining internal records on progress pf projects and keeping internal stakeholders up to date on progress.

3.People Management- Responsible for organizing, selecting, developing, leading, identifying, coaching, mentoring and directing subordinate staff.
