Targeted drug delivery is a method of delivering medication to a patient in a manner that increases the concentration of the medication in some parts of the body relative to others. It concentrates the medication in the tissue of interest, reducing the relative concentration of the medication in the remaining tissues. Thus improves Therapeutic efficacy by reducing side effects. mtc liposome can be used predominantly because while comparing to other formulation , design of lip[osomes is somewhat economical and ease also.the mailn application of MTC is targeting the abnormal cells instead of accumulation of drug in normal cells as other formulation. so main thin toxicity is reduced

Nice presentation Hemanth, I just have few doubts related to use of this delivery system 1.As the concentration of Magnetite is quite high,there might be chances of its interaction with the drug which is going to be incorporated in that delivery system,if it is there then what should be the measures to be taken? 2.Is there any toxicity of the magnetite used,as it is a metal in nature. it is not possible to use for the patient with pacemaker due to the interaction of magnetic substance with the material of the pacemaker.on applying the magetic field for targetting it will interfer with the artificial electric impulse created by the electrode of pacemaker

Unpaired electrons(is there any need for iron addition for attaining magnetic property) 3. Low therapeutic index. 4. give me list of drugs unsuitable for this type delivery? 5. what is the role of activated carbon?

Very nice presentation. You have mentioned the magnetic resealed erythrocytes in you presentation can you please specify me some of the parameters while selection like Age of RBC How much amount of substance can be incorporated. effect of magnetism on Fe group of hemoglobin. effect on osmotic balance. If resealed erythrocytes are not utilized as per the requirement then how will be its degradation.
