Description Position Purpose: Provides project support for the development and management of branded, non-branded and disease state websites and digital assets. Acts as liaison between the business, WebIT and digital agencies. Assists in all things related to US Digital including but not limited to managing internal and external relationships, processes and governance. Main Responsibilities: Acts as liaison and project coordinator between internal customers, WebIT, and digital agencies for the successful development, implementation and maintenance of digital initiatives. Assists in the management and audit of digital vendors and agencies. Assists in the development and implementation of a plan for improved metrics/analytics and search engine marketing for key digital properties (existing and new), usability and best practices. Assists in the coordination and management of US Digital Committee and helps identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PRC review and approval process. Provides project management support for Website and US YouTube Channel which may include developing and implementing editorial calendar and monitoring metrics As needed, acts as US deputy as required on the global eGoverance Committee and is responsible for keeping US customer group informed Stays current with emerging technologies and trends for online and digital technologies, communication channels as well as patient and physician trends to include but not limited to mobile, social media. etc Manages special projects as needed, provides project management support for key digital initiatives as needed Compliant with all CSL policies and procedures Qualifications Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements: Education: BA / BS degree in Business, Marketing, communications or other related areas required. Certificates or program training for digital related techniques are a plus. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of related marketing, communications, project coordination and/or digital experience required. Pharmaceutical background preferred. Strong interest in digital space preferred including web, eCampaigns, SEO marketing, web analytics and online/offline channel. CRM system experience a plus (Siebel preferred).
