Description The Site Integration Leader (SIL) will be responsible for leading Baxter’s implementation projects at various sized customer sites through development of timelines and facilitation / scheduling of internal and external resources. The person will oversee multiple implementation/evaluation projects through project life cycle, which may include pre-sale support, coordination of multi-disciplinary team for product implementation, and post-implementation customer satisfaction follow up. The SIL will serve as a customer’s primary point of contact for implementation and support revenue milestones and ensure adherence to timelines. Additional responsibilities include: Manage implementations across all functions for the customer Identify resource requirements and schedule resources as required to ensure safe and efficient implementations and successful evaluations Coordinate project logistics with multi-disciplinary teams including Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, and other key stakeholders Provide ongoing project communications across both Baxter & customer as well as lead customer meetings Support local sales team and/or customer through the implementation process, where project manager not available to lead process Tailor template project management deliverables (scope documents, milestone status reports, actions/issues lists, etc.) and implementation approaches to specific customer implementations Create and deliver implementation meeting presentations Resolve issues and risks which arise during implementations Support customer expectations for scope, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction Support project stakeholders (both internal and external) to make certain goals set during the pre-contract stage are incorporated as part of the overall implementation planning Work as part of the implementation team with responsibility for all project activities Ensure highest quality implementations via adherence to established workflow models, per best demonstrated practice and/or quality policy documents Provide insight and benchmarking where necessary for key issues. Seek out other resources to consult as necessary Align resource needs, including, but not limited to trainers, product delivery, and accessory delivery to ensure safe and effective evaluation/implementation Support project manager in developing comprehensive project management services plans including CQI activities post-implementation, as applicable Responsible for achieving implementation project milestone targets to ensure business that Baxter can recognize revenue as forecasted; report any changes to milestone targets in timely manner to key internal stakeholders Ensures customer satisfaction through measurement tools as established Assist marketing product managers with market surveillance, customer needs, and future product ideas Qualifications Proven experience operating in clinical/pharmacy environments, on patient care units with varying levels of clinicians; must understand and identify issues and be able to predict needs and trends Project management experience in clinical/pharmacy setting preferred; strong project leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects, establish processes and handle competing interests Process improvement methodology knowledge preferred (SixSigma, Lean Thinking, CQI) Ability to thrive in a matrix environment Ability to interface with customers and Baxter employees at all levels Must be able to travel up to 80% Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and leadership skills required Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups at clinical and executive level Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required with a Clinical/Pharmacy background preferred A minimum of five years of relevant project leader experience and three or more years of experience installing medical products desired PMP certification strongly preferred **The person in this role will be working remotely via home office and travel will be required*** Job Sales Primary LocationUnited States-Georgia-Buford Organization US Hospital Products Schedule Full-time
