Join us as we build our cutting edge marketing organization! We have an opening for Sr. Product Manager of Multiple Myeloma Marketing. The Sr. Product Manager will be a key member of the Hematology Marketing team, responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and educational programs for REVLIMID and POMALYST in multiple myeloma, a multi-billion dollar business with continued strong growth trajectory. This position will focus on developing and executing the Physician strategy. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Drive innovation in marketing to physicians – contribute new ideas and approaches and help build a cutting edge marketing organization. 2. Cultivate strong relationships with key academic and community customers to develop deep market insights. Understand key market trends and competitive environment to drive proactive strategies and partnership opportunities. 3. Foster strong partnerships with medical affairs, market access, marketing operations, sales, sales operations, market research, legal, regulatory, and other functions to ensure aligned objectives, understanding and implementation of the physician strategy. 4. Coordinate various aspects of key conferences such as ASCO, ASH and GPO events. 5. Develop marketing initiatives/materials that deliver value to customers with flawless execution. 6. Navigate through internal processes and partner with cross functional partners. 7. Manage budgets and assess the marketing mix to evaluate cost effectiveness and results. 8. Identify and monitor key performance indicators for physician initiatives. 9. Manage advertising agency and other vendors to ensure execution towards objectives. 10. Liaise with the sales force to ensure two-way communication in accomplishing goals with physician audience. Skills/Knowledge Required:  3-5 years of healthcare industry experience with at least 2 years in oncology. The preferred candidate will have strong oncology clinical skills with prior experience in marketing and/or sales.  Ability to think strategically, drive performance, foster relationships and build alignment.  Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers.  Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment.  Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.  Proven team player with ability to navigate and collaborate cross functionally.
