Role Description ENBREL is part of the Inflammation Franchise at Pfizer and is a market leader in its approved indications. ENBREL is the largest brand in the Global Innovative Products group. With revenues projected to exceed $2B annually through 2023, ENBREL is critical to the success of the organization for the next several years. This position is located in Collegeville, PA and is responsible for ensuring the successful, sustained performance of ENBREL across global markets. Responsibilities This position will report to the ENBREL Commercial Development team leader. Specific areas of responsibility include: • Global strategic brand planning and forecasting • Cross-functional subteam leadership • Regional engagement and support to ensure consistent implementation of strategy and realization of global efficiencies • Cross-regional implementation of integrated agency model, with accountability for demonstrating efficiencies • Congress/convention/symposia planning and implementation • Medical education initiatives • Identification, assessment, and implementation of strategic opportunities for the brand (including new indications, strategic partnerships, differentiation strategies, etc.) • Budget management • Global PR campaigns. The ideal candidate will have: • Ability to generate deep, targeted customer and market insights and integrate into business decisions. • Ability to identify and capture cross-brand, cross-regional, and cross-customer synergies. • Ability to operate in both a functional and brand environment. • Ability to balance short and long term priorities. • Strong strategic and leadership skills. • Solid analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level. • Ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer driven insights to drive brand performance. • Ability to work effectively in a customer and brand team-based environment and partner with internal and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Strong project and process management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively. Qualifications Pharmaceutical marketing and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace are essential. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 8-10 years pharmaceutical industry experience. 5-7 years product marketing experience (direct and indirect) is required or, with an MBA, minimum 5-7 years pharmaceutical industry experience with 4-5 years product marketing experience required.
