Scope of Position This position will be responsible for eLearning Management for Commercial Inflammation & Immunology Training. The incumbent will be responsible for advising and supporting the commercial I&I field and cross functional teams with any relevant learning technology used to train participants. The Manager, eLearning will be responsible for the administration, deployment , and maintenance of the Learning Management System, assessment and survey tools, the commercial I&I training website, as well as webconferencing and emodule development and support. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Update and maintain current LMS and I-pad Applications • Assist with the implementation, development and sustainability of the commercial training LMS • Maintain documentation of commercial training content and instructor-led training attendance records • Support and address learner needs relative to training e-courses launched, including troubleshooting technical issues 2. Liaison with other e-learning Manager and vendors to deploy assessments and surveys for the I&I Commercial Team 3. Create and maintain commercial training department website using SharePoint 4. Provide technical support for commercial training sponsored webconferences 5. Create and maintain interactive multimedia training modules for new sales and in-house personnel 6. Assist in development of online training curriculum for sales force continuing education 7. Collaborate with cross functional departments on web based content to support product launches 8. Design training materials and instructions for using online programs 9. Function as Liaison with in-house personnel and outside vendors to evaluate technical needs 10. Cross functionally partner with organizations (i.e. information technology and the quality assurance training departments) to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with Celgene’s corporate training and technical standards and executed successfully 11. Keep abreast of current trends in the delivery of commercial training materials and recommend training tools 12. Special projects as assigned 13.
