The Manager, e-Business Commerical Development will act as a consultant to guide and influence diversified internal and external stakeholder groups. Provide expert technical competence on 'state of the art' e-Business, including tools and analytics, ability to define, extract, reconcile, analyze complex and imperfect data / information from multiple in-house and external sources, have a strong understanding of the relevant life science tools customer base and market environments. This position will often lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity. Requirements: •Manage the development of a specific e-Channel sales channel for Lab Americas (e-Procurement) •Create, develop and evolve the long-term strategic e-Channel roadmap for e-Business and so act as a significant contributor to the overall strategy of Lab Americas •Develop and use ‘state of the art’ analytic tools and profiling for Lab Americas’ e-Commerce •Use expert judgment to capture, analyze and communicate quantitative and qualitative e-Commerce insights and metrics from multiple complex and imperfect sources to identify opportunities for Lab Americas to optimize e-Channels and deployment of ‘Go to market’ resources •Identify and advocate for e-Business enhancements, enablements and initiatives to leverage the portfolio and bring customer value, in partnership with LabAm and BA stakeholders, IS, Div. Development - and third parties as needed. • Track and manage the life cycle of relevant e-Business accounts and cooperate in creating new accounts to generate revenue and profit growth •Measure and improve profitability for the relevant e-Channel and continuously benchmark with traditional channels •Work in close cooperation with Sales, Regional marketing, BA’s and Div. Development on development and optimization of e-Channels to enable quality growth in target markets. • Drive development and evolution of a long term e-Channel team / function for Lab Americas •Able to act as deputy / delegate for the Head of GTM Insights & Analytics, Commercial Operations Qualifications: BS Degree 5+ years of biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry preferred Strong background in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical R&D, or manufacturing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills
