Here’s how this role will help: Research and resolve shipping, customer placement, and order entry discrepancies, as well as, any reported damages. Support the Customer Base and sales force by interacting with Accounting, Information Systems, Forecasting, Master Planning, Pricing & Contracts, and the Distribution Center to ensure the efficiency of customer shipments. Generate and analyze sales and order information, compile executive reporting on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis. Monitor and triage calls using the corporate switchboard Review product voicemail programs for customer resolution Discern trends in the marketplace through observation of customer activity, market intelligence, and analytical investigations. Attend and contribute to a weekly staff meeting to effectively communicate with all members of the department keeping everyone abreast of current issues. Complete special projects as deemed necessary by Management. Update Departmental Guidelines. Organize Shares Drive files, etc. Administrative duties, i.e. filing, writing/typing business letters, organizing of administrative files, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Here are the minimum qualifications for this position: Must possess have good oral and written communication skills. A working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Lotus Notes is required. Why Mylan?
