Here’s how this role will help: Establish relationships with key Quality contacts at third party contractors. Develop, negotiate and review technical/quality agreements. Coordinate with the Mylan Legal Department for the drafting and issuance of technical/quality agreements. Coordinate with Global Quality for the review and issuance of technical/quality agreements. Manage technical/quality agreements to assure responsibilities of each party are being met. Monitor Supply Agreements to assure responsibilities of each party are being met. Liaise with business development groups to assure Quality presence in formation and management of business relationships. Perform and document the annual review of each technical/quality agreement. Here are the minimum qualifications for this position: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree and 2-4 years of experience are required. Relevant industry experience preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Quality certifications preferred. Must possess knowledge of specific national and international cGMP regulations as well as the Mylan business model in order to assess and address compliance expectations at third party contractors. Must be articulate in both written and oral communications including diplomatic discussion of required corrective actions with business partners. Must be able to review, interpret, and discuss governing regulations, precedent interpretations, and current application. Must be able to review legal documents. Must be adept at independent decision-making. Must be proficient in leading discussions of complex topics and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Why Mylan?
