Description - Primary job duties will be the setup operation of vials processing equipment in filling (mix tanks, rinser, depyrogenation tunnel, filler, capper and labeler) and maintain documentation associated with production. - Primary job duties will also include the performance of clean in place (CIP) of applicable processing equipment. - Maintain safe working environment. - Maintain Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices. - Perform line clearances. - Able to troubleshoot minor problems and have necessary skills to make machine adjustments as needed. - Able to perform routine PM procedures on machines as required. - Able to use touch screen menus to operate machinery. - Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management. - Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs). Qualifications - Ability to stand for long periods - Audiometric testing and hearing protection required - Be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required. - Ability to lifting in excess of 30 pounds. - Must be able to read, understand, and follow GMPs, SOPs, specifications, bill of materials, protocols and all guidelines as they relate to the process. - Must have knowledge of both plant and department environmental health and safety regulations and comply with said regulations accordingly. - Candidates must meet visual acuity requirements as documented in Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity Procedure, CL-01-01-037. Should candidate not meet visual acuity requirements upon acceptance of the position, candidate will be required to obtain corrective vision within 90 calendar days. If this requirement cannot be met, the candidate is not eligible for the position.
