We are rapidly growing and yet we have never been more focused – on our people, on our growth, on our future.** Role** We are currently seeking an experienced*Senior*HR Business Partner**who will ensure the effective delivery of HR services to our San Diego (Diagnostics) site. Specific areas of focus will include employee relations, management coaching, performance management, development and talent management, selection and retention._ **Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops relationships as a strategic business partner. Partners with client groups to effectively achieve business results and ensure delivery of HR services. Implements and drives divisional HR programs and initiatives directed at talent management, leadership development and performance management. Works with managers and employees to address root causes of issues and assists with coaching, counseling, etc. Resolves employee relation issues. Assists with Total Rewards (compensation, bonus, merit, stock options) analysis and recommendations. Assists with recruiting and selection. Facilitates effective communication within the locations, and with the broader Hologic community. Qualifications Must have excellent written, verbal skills and presentations skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism required. Computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, etc. Familiarity with Oracle helpful. Education Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR related certification required; Advanced degree preferred. Experience 10+ years HR related experience required with strong Generalist background.** Life Sciences industry background preferred. Specialized Knowledge Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
