Here’s how this role will help: Support initiatives including, data gathering electronically (Vorne system), reporting key performance indicators Assist Engineers with process improvements, communicate the new changes to the employees in Packaging Electronically and physically gather data and conduct data mining (create/update excel spreadsheets) Conduct research on new techniques or equipment to enhance productivity for Packaging Update in-process controls Work with the OE teams to develop and implement cost saving initatives for Packaging Provide updates to various documents (Packaging, OE, Site GM, etc) Perform other projects or assignments as assigned. Here are the minimum qualifications for this position: Must possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and the basic operations of a pharmaceutical facility. Familiarity with packaging processes and equipment is a plus. Must possess strong problem solving, analytical and organization skill The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in an Industrial Engineer degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Why Mylan?
