Here’s how this role will help: Ensure adherence to and continuously improve program management methodology in alignment with Mylan delivery methodology: including process, tools and templates for entire program management life cycle from concept to closure. Create and deliver against organizational change management strategies for multiple programs to minimize employee resistance, maximize employee engagement and ensure fulfillment of the strategic goals of the program/project. Lead and manage multiple programs from initiation through closure. Develop and administer program budgets, schedules and performance metrics. Review program and project charters to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various project phases. Evangelize Mylan IT Delivery Methodology: Provide mentoring and consulting support to program teams to ensure program success. Work side by side with the project team to ensure that an effective program and organizational change management plans are created and executed in an organized, timely, and efficient manner. Facilitate project kickoff meetings. Conduct project health checks, risk and issue assessment Mentor project managers to ensure effective execution and controlling of projects. Communicate, train and mentor others on Mylan’s IT Delivery Methodology. Deliver and measure program outcomes successfully. Implement and/or adapt processes and metrics to ensure program goals and objectives are achieved. Set performance objectives and incorporate feedback from team and organization for continuous improvement. Provide management oversight of the Delivery COE team to ensure resources are appropriately deployed and meeting the needs of the Delivery COE’s program and change management efforts. Here are the minimum qualifications for this position: Bachelor’s degree with eight years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree. PMP certification or OCM certifications are a plus. Must possess extensive knowledge of project and organizational change management concepts, practices and procedures. Can understand and apply all of the Project Management Body of Knowledge Competencies. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with ADKAR is a plus. Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with large-scale organizational change effort driven by technology related programs. This role will typically work within a normal office environment. Periodic travel is required.
