Here’s how this role will help: Support initiatives including, Global Sales Enablement and Global Commercial Operations Enablement Project coordination of the sales force support and commercial analytics initiatives on Global projects. Facilitate process to develop requirements. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying business problems. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis and other relevant techniques. Helps address issues, and enable the business to move forward. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver project methodology artifacts as needed (following Mylan’s project methodology). Analyze partner business processes and provides thought leadership relative to emerging trends and strategy. Qualifications Make Our Values Your Values Mylan hires only the best. Here are the minimum qualifications for this position: Must possess knowledge of Commercial Operations (Sales & Marketing), information systems, data & analytics, and mobile devices & applications. Must possess strong organizational skills, strong analytical skills, project management skills, and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project preferred. The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in an Information Systems degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Why Mylan?
