Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Deskside Support Analyst for our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position serves as a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within DSI's client computing environment. The incumbent will also troubleshoot all DSI standard applications and supported hardware devices. Responsibilities: In this role, you will perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware and software problems for end users that have been escalated from 1st level phone support team within DSI defined service level agreements for DSI’s Parsippany, Edison, and Field Management end-users; and install, configure, test, and maintain DSI’s client computing platform in accordance with input and collaboration for all IS functional areas and other DSI business units. Additionally, you will perform moves, adds, and changes (MAC) requests for new and existing employees; and accountable for new hire hardware/software setup and initial training on support procedures and standard applications. Education/Experience Qualified candidates must have an A+ Certification and a minimum 3 years of experience in a desktop support function and end-user support function; Bachelor's degree or HDI Desktop Certification is preferred. Strong technical skills with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 Platforms, and Microsoft Offie are critical in this role. Excellent technical knowledge of Primary Care, laptop & desktop hardware platforms; ability to develop technical documentation; strong ability to prioritize and ability to effectively troubleshoot various software issues effectively; and outstanding customer service skills are required in this role. Must be willing to travel 10% of the time. This position must be able to consistently lift hardware components of up to 50lbs
