There are various homoeopathic remedies available to relieve the symptoms of paraneoplastic pemphigus.

Some of the common ones are:

  1. Anacardium
  2. Belladonna
  3. Bryonia
  4. Cantharis
  5. Phophorus
  6. Ranunculus Bulbosus
  7. Rhus Toxicodendron
  8. Thuja Occidentalis

The symptomatic description of some of these remedies is as follows:

Anacardium: If Anacardium is your remedy then your skin of the whole body is scarlet red in color with great burning all over. Your skin may develop blisters, which range in size from pin's head to pea. There is intense itching that gets worse in the evening in bed. You may be troubled by sudden loss of memory; you may feel confused and troubled by your forgetfulness. You may suffer from a desire to constantly curse and swear.

If Anacardium is not your remedy for pemphigus, then there are several others described that you may find suitable for your symptoms

Belladonna: If Belladonna is your remedy then you may develop blisters and vesicles on the body that are filled with a watery fluid, these vesicles are developed especially on the palms of hands and on tibia. There is intense pain in these blisters, causing you to scream in pain.

If your symptoms are not similar to Belladonna also, then check on the next remedy, i.e. Bryonia.

Bryonia: If your remedy is Bryonia, then you may have developed the lesions of pemphigus from suddenly checked perspiration, i.e. you get chilled when you are overheated or perspiring. Your blisters are painful that are tearing and stitching and are worse by slightest motion, even inspiration and coughing and are better by complete rest. Apart from the skin symptoms you suffer from excessive dryness of the mucous membranes of your body; your lips and tongue are dry causing you to feel very thirsty; your stool is very hard and dry, even urine is dark and scanty.

If Bryonia is not your remedy, then, look out for the next one in line.

Cantharis: If Cantharis is your remedy then you develop erysipelatous inflammation of your skin with blister formation. There is itching in the blisters with pain that is worse on touch. You develop over sensitiveness associated with excessive weakness. Apart from the skin symptoms you may also suffer from urinary complaints. You develop a constant urging to urinate, passing a few bloody drops of blood at a time. Moreover, you also suffer from a constant burning and cutting pains in urethra during urination. The urging to urinate is constantly present before, during, and after urination.

If your symptoms of pemphigus are not similar to Cantharis, then you may find your remedy in Ranunculus Bulbosus.

Ranunculus Bulbosus: If your remedy is Ranunculus bulbosus, then your blisters are constantly and repeatedly erupting. There is secretion of an offensive, gluey matter from the blisters that form crusts. The blisters heal from the center; the discharge is acrid and makes the surrounding parts sore. If you encounter a newborn baby suffering from pemphigus, then you can think of Ranunculus Bulbosus as the remedy as it is indicated in pemphigus of the newborns.
