A person with increased weight may have excess fat/adepose tissue resulting in lack of proper blood supply and can result in various health complications.

And also obese person is unable to have much physical activity.

The excess weight may also keep more burden on his legs during his regular works.

Ina ll these senses, generally, it is better to have optimum physic rather than gaining body weight.

It is important to lose weight rather than gaining because a person with increased weight may suffer from severe health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, depression and more. The weight can also be increased when the cholesterol levels are high in a body and high cholesterol levels can create severe heart problems such as heart attack, stroke etc. The excess fat may also be stored in the artery walls which can interfere in proper functioning of the heart.
