Does the law mandate the retailer to display or send an advisory to their clients to return the banned drug they have purchased within certain reasonable timeline?

Answer:

Absolutely YES!

In India, even giving a bill to the patient and maintaining a duplicate copy of bill for the same is "BLANK"!!!!!

If every Pharmacy is equipped with computer based Patient History System, then it will be dead easy to track the client having banned drug(s).

Nothing is important than a Life, hence utmost priority should be given to the policie that make our profession run in a most valuable style.

Thank you. My concern is why the regulatory body is not addressing these issues and make the Notice board a mandatory need for every chemist? Its a very simple and elementary need that can be fulfilled with not much expense.
