Mysthinia gravis is a autoimmune disorder of peripheral nerves in which antibodies form against nicotinic postsynaptic receptors at the neural junction. A reduction in the number of ACh receptors results in progressively reduced muscle strength.This disease characterized by varying degree of weakness of the skeletal muscles of the body.
