Yes, Student from India can be a registered pharmacist in Australia. First step is English language requirements : IELTS 7.5 or OET grade B(in one sitting) Second step is to send documents for assessment Third step is to sit for Knowledge Assessment of Pharmaceutical Sciences (KAPS exam) Then supervised practice Finally a written exam and an oral examination will make you a pharmacist. However student cannot apply for immigration or work permit by becoming an Australian pharmacist since it is not in demand list.
