hi i comleted my B-pharmacy my question is.....Does learning software programs like java, dot net, sap help a pharmacy student in any way?

hi i completed my b-parmacy this year im planing to join m-pharmacy next year after writing gpat in between i am planing to do some computer courses. will they be helpfull in future?? or will they be benfitial to me?? can any one suggest me....

Computer learning is always good. Most of the work you need basic knowledge and quick learning of those software packages (ex: HPLC operation). If you have time just learn what ever you like JAva or any thing as it always good to know more in computers.

Firstly you should be aware of basic tools like MS. Word,M.S. Excel M.S. PowerPoint.. then you can go out for programming softwares like 1. C- language--- basic this will helps you to make a programme for your experiment. 2. M.S Access or Oracle -- this makes you to know how to store and interpret your experiment data. 3. SAS-- This is a separate statistical software program for pharmacy and biotech people. You can find careers after doing this.. 4. MS.Net or Java-- these are the advanced tools that helps you to develop a software based on your need
