Answer: 
Glucose , Fructose and Mannose give needle shaped osazone crystals. This is because the first two carbons are involved in osazone formation. Thus the sugars that differ in their configuration at these two carbons and this difference is masked by binding with phenylhydrazine hence gives same type of osazones.
